The thin rind deep orange at maturity with a roughly pebbled appearance and is fragrant, glossy, and entirely edible. The bright yellow flesh is tender, soft, juicy. When consumed whole, Madarinquats initially have a sweet flavor with a crunchy bite that transforms into a tangy, tart flavor with a juicy, soft texture.
Madarinquats can also be sliced into rounds and added to salads, cooked in a simple syrup and garnished over meats such as grilled chicken, mixed into baked goods like tarts, cakes, cookies, cinnamon rolls, and bread, or whole slices of the rind can be caramelized or candied for a sweet flavor. We provide local delivery to Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens, weekdays: Monday through Friday. For same day delivery, orders must be placed before 1:30pm.
For example: orders placed between 1:30pm on Friday and 1:29pm on Monday will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed between 1:30pm on Monday and 1:29pm on Tuesday will be delivered on Tuesday.

If the product came in a returnable container, such as a glass jar or a cloth bag, please return it by placing empty containers in the original delivery tote and we'll pick them up at your next delivery. We will wash and sanitize them for future reuse.
