People asked for us to go hotter, so we threw in even more jalapenos and a nod to our culinary roots, Austin, Texas. Based on our original recipe, this salsa is for heatophiles who appreciate bold pepper heat balanced with bright salsa ingredients and flavor.
Oven-roasted tomatoes, red onion, garlic, and cumin combined with flame-roasted peppers for a bold & smoky charred flavor. Finished with fresh cilantro, lime juice, salt, pepper, and red wine vinegar & blend into a balanced, flavorful salsa. With the Austin, we pack in 4x the jalapenos than our original recipe. Our goal was to see how hot we could get a salsa from just jalapenos, the flavorful pepper versus just using a hotter pepper higher up the scoville meter that might sacrifice flavor & balance.
Not runny like hot sauce, not chunky like some other salsas, but instead perfectly minced for dipping or dressing on other dishes.

We provide local delivery to Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Orders must be placed any day or time before 6am of the delivery day.
For example orders placed between 6:01am on Friday and 6:00am on Monday will be delivered on Monday.

If the product came in a returnable container, such as a glass jar or a cloth bag, please return it by placing empty containers in the original delivery tote and we'll pick them up at your next delivery. We will wash and sanitize them for future reuse.
