Fukushu kumquats have thick flesh and a sweet-tart flavor well suited for various culinary preparations and mixology uses. The peel and flesh are edible and can be washed and consumed whole as a snack.
Fukushu kumquats can also be sliced and tossed into salads, chopped into salsa, mixed into yogurt, or pickled to develop a tangy, subtly sweet flavor. Fukushu kumquats pair well with meats such as poultry, turkey, pork, and duck, seafood, fruits including pears, pineapple, blueberries, cranberries, and raspberries, bitter greens such as arugula and endive, honey, chocolate, and herbs such as mint, rosemary, and basil.

We provide local delivery to Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens, weekdays: Monday through Friday. For same day delivery, orders must be placed before 1:30pm.
For example: orders placed between 1:30pm on Friday and 1:29pm on Monday will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed between 1:30pm on Monday and 1:29pm on Tuesday will be delivered on Tuesday.

If the product came in a returnable container, such as a glass jar or a cloth bag, please return it by placing empty containers in the original delivery tote and we'll pick them up at your next delivery. We will wash and sanitize them for future reuse.
