When your existing candle has finished burning, either put it in the freezer for a couple hours or pour in boiling water. Either way, the bulk of the wax will be easily removed. Wipe out any remaining wax with a paper towel and insert the refill.

DELIVERY INFO
We provide local delivery to Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens, weekdays: Monday through Friday. For same day delivery, orders must be placed before 1:30pm.
For example: orders placed between 1:30pm on Friday and 1:29pm on Monday will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed between 1:30pm on Monday and 1:29pm on Tuesday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Return Empty Containers
If the product came in a returnable container, such as a glass jar or a cloth bag, please return it by placing empty containers in the original delivery tote and we'll pick them up at your next delivery. We will wash and sanitize them for future reuse.
