Wild-caught Atlantic Cod is hand-packed in Galicia in northern Spain and MSC certified. This tender and flaky cod has a savory flavor. Prepared from traditional salt-cured fillets, our cod is soaked and then gently poached in Spanish olive oil. it is ready to eat right from the tin, as a complement to salads, pastas, or in traditional salt cod dishes like fritters and brandade.

Ingredients

cod (fish) MSC certified*, olive oil (28%), sea salt. *This seafood has met the MSC's global standard for sustainability.

Local Delivery

We provide local delivery to Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Orders must be placed any day or time before 6am of the delivery day.

For example orders placed between 6:01am on Friday and 6:00am on Monday will be delivered on Monday.

Return Empty Containers

If the product came in a returnable container, such as a glass jar or a cloth bag, please return it by placing empty containers in the original delivery tote and we'll pick them up at your next delivery. We will wash and sanitize them for future reuse.
